3644 East Juarez Street: Chameleon bird

On March 11, 2013, I posted a photo of a (mostly) brown-and-beige bird on top of a mailbox. Fast-forward to October 5, 2021. David Aber sent me a photo of the same bird. The bird had been repainted blue:
